Terms Of Service

Support is provided as a non-emergency response service with a maximum usage of 2 hours per month, £10 per additional hour or part thereof 2

Support times : Currently weekdays (7pm - 11pm), weekends (11am - 11pm) --- (subject to availability)

We will contact you and arrange a mutually agreeable time to connect (usually after 7pm)

  1. Subject to signing a waiver, whilst all care is taken we are not responsible for any data loss or accidental damage, we would advise customers to secure any valuable data (just in case), we can help and advise on this also.
  2. May be waived for low usage customers at our discretion - fairness in all things
